MATT & SUZIE Kendziera
Directors
Matt and Suzie Kendziera have been residents of Eau Claire for over a decade. Their love for the city and desire to make a difference in the lives of others led them in founding B-Side Community. Matt and Suzie oversee all activities of the organization in order to assure that every program and event aligns with the mission of providing life advocacy and healthy community. Along with their duties as directors they also plan and lead the Sunday evening interactive worship service. Matt and Suzie have been married for 13 years and have two daughters, Macie (8), and Georgia (5).

Associate Directors
Kat and Ryan are long time Eau Claire residents who have an incredible heart and passion for the community that they call home. This passion led them to be founding members of B-Side Community. Kat and Ryan assist with the decision making process as well as the creation of policies, procedures, and programs. Kat also leads the Wednesday morning women’s support group at B-Side. They have been married for 13 years and have two children, Madie (10) and Mason (7).

B-Side Staffing Program Coordinator
Mark has an incredible heart for people and a true understanding of what it means to be given a second chance in life. His ability to deal with difficult situations with compassion and honesty has led him to become the head of the B-Side Staffing program. Mark lives with his son Malcolm who is 8 years old.

B-Bopper Children’s Coordinators
Jordan and Jessica organize the B-Side Community B-Boppers Sunday evening children’s program. They have a desire to see the children of B-Side develop into active members of their community who are led by a genuine compassion and care for those around them. Jordan and Jessica have been married for 6 years and have two children Jeffrey (5) and Susan (4).

Meal Coordinator

Sharon's desire to help led her to take the lead in coordinating our Sunday evening meals. Sharon contacts interested groups and coordinates the meal calendar. Sharon and her husband Larry have been married for 33 years and have 3 grown children.
